How to Uninstall the Existing Channel D App

Step 1: Go to the Fire TV Home Page

  • Turn on your TV and go to the Amazon Fire TV home screen.

Step 2: Open Settings

  • Navigate to the Settings (cog icon).
  • Select Applications.

Step 3: Manage Installed Applications

  • Select Manage Installed Applications.
  • Scroll through the list and find Channel D.

Step 4: Uninstall Channel D

  • Press the menu (☰) button on your remote.
  • Select Uninstall to remove the app.

How to Reinstall and Connect Channel D

Step 5: Open Amazon Appstore

  • Return to the Fire TV home screen.
  • Open the Appstore.

Step 6: Search for Channel D

Use any of the following search methods:
  • Voice command
  • On-screen keyboard
  • Scan a QR code with your phone
Search for: “Channel D”

Step 7: Download Channel D

  • Click on the Channel D thumbnail.
  • Press the round download button (Get) to install the latest version.

Step 8: Launch the App

  • Open the Channel D app once installed.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your Practice ID.

Confirm Successful Connection

Step 9: Verify Device Connection

  • Visit my.channeld.com.
  • Confirm the status shows “Device Connected” with a green dot.

Step 10: Check Email Confirmation

  • You will receive an automatic email confirming a successful device connection.
