How to Uninstall the Existing Channel D App
Step 1: Go to the Fire TV Home Page
- Turn on your TV and go to the Amazon Fire TV home screen.
Step 2: Open Settings
- Navigate to the Settings (cog icon).
- Select Applications.
Step 3: Manage Installed Applications
- Select Manage Installed Applications.
- Scroll through the list and find Channel D.
Step 4: Uninstall Channel D
- Press the menu (☰) button on your remote.
- Select Uninstall to remove the app.
How to Reinstall and Connect Channel D
Step 5: Open Amazon Appstore
- Return to the Fire TV home screen.
- Open the Appstore.
Step 6: Search for Channel D
Use any of the following search methods:- Voice command
- On-screen keyboard
- Scan a QR code with your phone
Step 7: Download Channel D
- Click on the Channel D thumbnail.
- Press the round download button (Get) to install the latest version.
Step 8: Launch the App
- Open the Channel D app once installed.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your Practice ID.
Confirm Successful Connection
Step 9: Verify Device Connection
- Visit my.channeld.com.
- Confirm the status shows “Device Connected” with a green dot.
Step 10: Check Email Confirmation
- You will receive an automatic email confirming a successful device connection.
